What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy healing technique that works on the physical, emotional, mental and soul levels. It helps shift stuck energy, regulate the nervous system and bring your whole being back into balance.
My Approach
I don’t follow a formula – I follow your energy.
Every session is uniquely guided by what you need in the moment. I use Reiki as the foundation, and layer in:
- Therapeutic enquiry & Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) to explore root causes.
- Intuitive guidance where I channel insights, visions and messages.
- Sound healing, visualisation & energy-clearing techniques to shift blocks fast.
- A compassionate lens to help you meet and transform your shadow — the hidden patterns influencing how you feel and show up.
This is deep, intuitive work designed to support real transformation from the inside out.
What to Expect
We begin with a brief check-in. Then you’ll lie down fully clothed as I place my hands on your body and work with the energy of your seven main chakras.
You might experience:
- A deep sense of calm or emotional release.
- Physical sensations such as warmth or tingling.
- Energetic shifts or insights.
- A feeling of reconnection with yourself.
Afterwards, we take time to integrate. I’ll share any messages or reflections that came through and offer guidance for moving forward.

What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?
Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) is a powerful healing practice that uses the breath to access deeper layers of the body, mind and subconscious. It works directly with your nervous system, helping to release stress, emotional baggage and energetic blocks — so you can feel lighter, clearer and more connected.
Why Breathwork?
Most of us live in a constant state of tension or mental overload. It shows up as anxiety, fatigue, emotional overwhelm and even physical symptoms. Your breath is the bridge back to balance.
Through CCB, you’ll:
- regulate your nervous system;
- quiet the mind and drop into the body;
- Safely process stuck emotions or past experiences;
- tap into your body’s natural intelligence and healing wisdom.
Your breath acts as your biggest guide. It shows you what’s REALLY going on beneath the surface — and helps you move through it.
My Approach
You’ll be supported every step of the way in a safe, held space. I weave in gentle coaching, grounding techniques, music and reflection — so you can integrate whatever surfaces with clarity and compassion.
What to Expect
We begin with a check-in to understand how you’re feeling emotionally, physically and energetically. You’ll then be guided through a conscious connected breathing pattern (done lying down) supported by curated music and gentle facilitation.
You may experience:
- emotional release or catharsis;
- tingling, energy shifts or altered states;
- deep insight, clarity and connection to your intuition;
- a sense of lightness, peace and homecoming.
After the breathwork, we take time to reflect and integrate, so you leave grounded and clear.

What is Coaching (With Me)?
My coaching meets you at a crossroads – the moments when life feels confusing, stuck or out of alignment — and helps you find your way forward from the inside out.
This isn’t surface-level strategy or generic goal-setting. It’s about getting to the root cause and making changes from there.
Clients often come to me carrying untold stories, silent struggles and emotional weight they’ve never fully expressed. In our sessions, those stories find a voice. You’ll be met in a space that’s deeply nurturing — where you can feel safe, seen and heard.
And something powerful happens in that kind of space: you begin to feel lighter, clearer and more open to what’s next.

- mindset coaching: identifying limiting beliefs and rewriting old narratives into new, empowering stories;
- insight and intuition: I hold space for what’s unspoken — and help you hear your intuitive voice again.
