a space to reset
Welcome to our Farm Fitness and Flow Retreat – a space for you to find balance between strength and softness, doing and being, effort and ease.
Surrounded by the calm beauty of the South Downs, this retreat offers time out to reset, reconnect and kickstart your year feeling clear, inspired and rejuvenated.
HONOUR WINTER’S RHYTHM
January can feel heavy… the buzz of the festivities has faded, the days are short and there’s this underlying pressure to transform, start fast and rush into new routines.
The truth is – January isn’t a starting line or a month for big action. It’s a pause. A time to be intentionally slow and give your body what it actually needs… rest, movement and a space to breathe.
Our Farm Fitness & Flow Retreat is designed to restore your energy, give you permission to go at your pace and inspire you for the remainder of winter. It will support you to create momentum that feels strong and sustainable.
Over the weekend, we’ll blend powerful strength practices with restorative flows, transformative breathwork and thought-provoking workshops. We’ll show that life moves in rhythms – times to do and times to simply be. In honouring both, we build true resilience.
the power of pause
This retreat falls at the end of January on purpose.
There’s no pressure here to start strong, set goals or have the year ahead figured out. Instead, we invite you to slow things down, to rest, to reset. To give your body, mind and heart the space they’ve been quietly asking for.
Across the weekend, you will move, stretch, connect, reflect and switch off in a way that feels supportive, not demanding.
We will make sure all abilities are catered for. We will give you expert guidance on how to lift, how to flow, how to be kinder to yourself and how to make small wins last.
Come with friends, with family or even fly solo. We are here to welcome you and nurture you for the weekend.

You’ll be welcomed with tea and cake on arrival, and there will be plenty of healthy snacks available throughout the weekend to keep you fuelled and happy between practices.
Here, food is more than fuel — it’s a way to gather, to connect and to share.

HOSTS
Emily Sheridan
Emily is a coach and strength trainer. Her qualifications include yoga, menopause management, psychotherapy and dance. This blend informs a holistic approach to her coaching, which sees the mind, body and soul as interconnected. Strength, power and grace. She has a particular passion for and specialism in women’s health.
Emily was a dancer for many years, during which she gained a deep understanding of anatomy and the importance of poise and posture. It was through studying dance that her fascination and love for the mix of strength and grace was born.
“I coach using Lehmans’ terms and humour. I offer a blend of functional strength, mobility flows and tribal grounding practices. I want people to live as independently as they can for as long as they can. Nature influences all my work; I practice and train outside as often as possible to reap the overall well-being benefits.”
Amy Gallagher
Amy is a Wellness and Leadership Coach who has been facilitating retreats, wellness programmes and leadership development programmes for the past 15 years. She guides people to untangle from old patterns, reconnect with their bodies and step more fully into who they really are – both in their personal lives and at work.
She is a qualified Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, Breath Coach and Leadership Coach. Her approach is simple but holistic: the body, mind and heart are deeply connected. Real, lasting change comes from working with all three.
A core part of Amy’s work is helping people slow down, tune in and have the courage to do things differently.
“Every retreat reminds me why I do this work. People often arrive carrying stress, fatigue or a sense of doubt. By the time they leave, there’s a noticeable shift – a sense of calm, clarity and a renewed trust in themselves to move forwards with courage.”
YOUR HOME FOR THE WEEKEND

Our group practices take place in the beautifully converted Cow Shed, while the surrounding luxury barns provide comfort and privacy. While the barns are fully self-contained, all meals will be enjoyed together – bringing warmth and community to the weekend.
