WHERE EFFORT
MEETS EASE
Welcome to our Farm Fitness and Flow Retreat – a space for you to find balance between strength and softness, doing and being, effort and ease.
Surrounded by the calm beauty of the South Downs, this retreat offers time out to replenish, reconnect and kickstart your year feeling clear, inspired and rejuvenated.
HONOUR WINTER’S RHYTHM
January can feel like a long, slow month after all the festivities… and it often comes with pressure to transform, start fast and rush into new routines.
Nature reminds us otherwise. In the depths of winter, we are still resting, still dreaming, still planting seeds for what’s yet to bloom.
Our Farm Fitness & Flow Retreat is the antithesis of “new year, new you.” It’s designed to restore your energy, lift your mood and inspire you for the remainder of winter. It will give you space to recharge, reconnect and create momentum that feels strong and sustainable.
Over the weekend, we’ll blend powerful strength practices with restorative flows, breathwork and nourishing stillness. We’ll show that life moves in rhythms – times to do and times to simply be. In honouring both, we build true resilience.
Grounded
in Grace
This retreat falls at the end of January on purpose.
We want you to step gently into the year ahead with clarity and calm. We will show you how to ground yourself in grace – to move powerfully yet softly, to rest deeply yet purposefully and to leave with practices you can carry forward into spring and beyond.
We will make sure all abilities are catered for. We will give you expert guidance on how to lift, how to flow, how to be kinder to yourself and how to make small wins last.
Come with friends, with family or even fly solo. We are here to welcome you and nurture you for the weekend.

Think wholesome breakfasts, slow brunches, hearty lunches and delicious evening meals – all shared around the table in the Cow Shed. Each dish is create with love, offering the perfect balance between nourishment and pleasure.
You’ll be welcomed with tea and cake on arrival, and there will be plenty of healthy snacks available throughout the weekend to keep you fuelled and happy between practices.
Here, food is more than fuel — it’s a way to gather, to connect and to share.

HOSTS
Emily Sheridan
Emily is a coach and strength trainer. Her qualifications include yoga, menopause management, psychotherapy and dance. This blend informs a holistic approach to her coaching, which sees the mind, body and soul as interconnected. Strength, power and grace. She has a particular passion for and specialism in women’s health.
Emily was a dancer for many years, during which she gained a deep understanding of anatomy and the importance of poise and posture. It was through studying dance that her fascination and love for the mix of strength and grace was born.
“I coach using Lehmans’ terms and humour. I offer a blend of functional strength, mobility flows and tribal grounding practices. I want people to live as independently as they can for as long as they can. Nature influences all my work; I practice and train outside as often as possible to reap the overall well-being benefits.”
Amy Gallagher
Amy is a Wellness Coach who has been facilitating retreats for the past 15 years. She guides people to untangle from old patterns, see their true potential and reconnect with their bodies and authentic selves.
She is a qualified yoga teacher, Reiki Master, Breath Coach and Mind Coach. Her approach is simple but holistic: the body, mind and soul are intrinsically linked, and true wellbeing means working on all three. One of her main teachings is cyclical living – learning to flow with the seasons rather than fight them.
“Every retreat reminds me why I do this work. My clients often arrive with the weight of stress, fatigue and overwhelm. By the time they leave, there’s a softness, a brightness, a sense of hope and calm that radiates from them.”
